Straight from Sulma
She cooks every plate that comes off this truck. These are the three she puts first.
Shrimp cured and cooked, octopus, scallops and tilapia filet, stacked. The biggest thing she makes, and it is built for a table.
Off the plancha with cheese, avocado, onion and cilantro. Four dollars, and the reason a lot of people pull in the first time.
Steak and shrimp in the same taco, with cheese, pico de gallo and avocado.

The owner Salma is not only an incredible cook but she’s a sweetheart! My mom and I stopped here on a whim and were very impressed at the food. We had the shrimp burrito and some tostones, amazing!! Highly recommend!

Mariscos is the food of the Mexican coast, and Mazatlán is where it is done best. Shrimp cured in lime. Fish cut fresh. Chile that means it. Everything comes off the plancha when you order it, and the person cooking it is Sulma Escobar.
