This is a food truck. The website is here so you can find us, see what we cook, and call. It is a handful of plain pages with no accounts, no forms, no newsletter and no shopping cart.

What we collect

Nothing. We do not run analytics, we do not use advertising trackers, and we set no cookies of our own. There is nowhere on this site to type your name, your email or your card number, because we never ask for them.

What other companies see

Three services are involved in showing you this page, and each one sees a little about your visit. We do not control what they do with it.

• Netlify hosts the site. Like every web host, its servers keep logs that include your IP address and which page you opened.
• Google Maps provides the map on the Find Us section. That map is loaded from Google and can set Google cookies in your browser.
• Google Fonts supplies the two typefaces. Loading them tells Google your IP address.

If you would rather none of that happened, most browsers can block third party content, and you can always just call us instead.

If you call or text

Tapping the phone number opens your own phone app. That call goes to us directly. We keep whatever you tell us only for as long as it takes to make your order.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and collects nothing from anyone, including them.

Changes

If this ever changes, the date at the top changes with it.
